Planning of an aviation center, which merges consolidated facilities for maintenance, terminal and training. Out of the construction of the main girders arises the arc-like shape of the building, whose centre is defined by the hangar, which is spaned 175 m in width. Situated on both sides (north and south) there are administration and maintenance buildings. Additional to that, there is the terminal in the south and the training facilities in the north.
An adjoining centralised technical facility building enables an autonomous supply. A flexible pipe-run-system offers a frequently remodelling of the technical facilities, so that diffrent workflows, which are needed for the maintenance and service of airplanes, can be customised as needed.
